This course is for you if you want to use empathy in making the world a better place. You will learn to:

• design activities by applying psychological theories and methods and standards and guidelines in psychological research and testing to evaluate human behavior in various settings;
• engage students in community-related activities through service learning courses to demonstrate service-orientation in psychology;
• demonstrate capability for self-reflection and independent learning in graduate education and in a professional context; and
• produce psychological research by applying the methods of psychological inquiry to recommend solutions to real-life problems/challenges.
